For disseminating information and activities being performed by DGAD (Directorate General of Anti-Dumping & Allied Duties), the Commerce Ministry has launched a dedicated website.The website was launched by the Commerce Secretary Rita Teaotia.
In this financial year, the Directorate has issued 18 cases of final findings and three cases of preliminary findings, till date.
The DGAD, in association with WTO Secretariat and Centre for WTO Studies (CWS), has organised a workshop on Regional Anti-Dumping in New Delhi from October 3-5, 2016.
